Not even received my parcel

Awful it s now been 2 weeks since I ordered my stuff they left my parcel on my doorstep which is in clear view of the road and when I came home it wasn t there I ve still to receive my money back and this is 2 weeks later

Slow

Supposed to deliver to my address but I had to travel to York to collect Around a week for my order to be ready Awaiting another delivery and have no clue where it is

No customer service no real display Went to the one in birkenhead as we drove past thought oooh light shop Parked up an went inside No hello by staff member on the shop floor or can I help you I stated out loud saying oh not much of a selection an if i was staff I d be like helping outsaying here is a cataloguewith more in or waking of light you after but no couldn t give a dam Not going there again

Wakefield branch

Phoned up to buy a runprotec cable reeler from the Wakefield branch Said they had one in stock got to the branch they had a dusty early model with no box not the one advertised on the site Said they would knock 10 off the sale got to site double checked the receipt and charged the full amount for the newer one advertised Stick to Cef at least they re honest my company won t be using them again

YESS Stairfoot Wombwell Just called in for 20x Procell batteries 2x boxes of 10 Guy on counter asked for 7 00 per box Told him that sounded extortionate so he said ok 6 00 per box Just checked other suppliers YESS have charged me more than double the average value price I ve been ripped off Martin Allatt

Very poor service communication

My husband ordered an item in the Poole store as it wasn t available in their shop When he returned it with it s original packaging and unused he was told a re-stocking fee and handling charge would be deducted from the refund At no point when the member of staff ordered it was he told this would be the case and it is not mentioned anywhere on their receipts Very disappointed and will definitely not be using them again or recommending to others

Item was a week late and arrived

Item was a week late and arrived broken rang to order a new one which I was told would arrive on the Wednesday so arranged fitter for Thursday and then had a message from Arrow XL asking me to book a delivery earliest day was Friday Not at all happy

Very dissapointed

I went in to my local Hastings branch for a quote A week later and no one had got back to me but as i knew what some of the simple parts were that i wanted i ordered those from the Yess website The order was processed very quickly and delivered however the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to the delivery address not being given to the delivery company by Yess I had to contact DHL confirm my address to receive my order on a 2nd attempt The parts i received were correct

NOOOO Spam forcing reviews

Sale ok but they constantly spam email you for a review this is from the 5th email I ve had requesting a review if every purchase I made did this I d never get any work done to need to buy anything I ll never use this company again because of this And the same for anyone else who bullies and spams until you review them

Incorrect cable length and incorrect checking procedure

I ordered a 25 metre length of cable The advice note stated 25 metres When I uncoiled from the drum there was only 15 metres When I notified Yesss they stated that they had proof from the warehouse of 25m being cut as well as a weight check from the courier This was incorrect information they have received so it concerns me what checking procedures are in place as only 15m was recieved No refund or replacement was offered due to it being over 30 days from delivery which I understand but the most concerning part is the proof Yesss have received from their warehouse and courier
