I LIKE THE FACT THAT YOU GOT 4X5 FLUORESCENT TUBES TO THE OUTER HEBRIDES UNDAMAGED THEY WERE WELL PACKED

Postage on the steep side

Part arrived is as ordered I would have given 5 stars but for the 19 99 delivery charge for a circuit breaker Royal Mail would have done the same service for under 5 00

I like the range of products but neither the head office nor staff at 2 branches I was told to ring were able to answer a simple product question namely did I need to order contacts as well as the button head and if so what should I order

Very good service and product but delivery took nearly a week They had to send again because my parcel just sat in the carrier s depot

Why does your web site not provide the ability to check if something is in stock as a specific store Wasted journey Ordered online for delivery and that was ok

dc lighting 30W LED floodlight from Yesss

One of two floodlights had a scratched glass Ordered 17th Dec call it Monday 19th not dispatched till 20th and not received till 22nd after waisting 21st waiting for a delivery which was on the van but went back to the depot

Poor website performance long Xmas break

The order did eventually arrive by Fedex when repeated The website repeatedly refused to take the money from my account when I first tried to order it After a few days and it was finally possible to place and pay for the order It was not dispatched over the Christmas period 24 12 - 2 1 but when sent on 3 Jan it arrived the next day
