I received an email about this Yogasanaa company It was to renew my membership I had never been a member nor had I ever heard of it I deleted the email and 5 minutes later the payment to renew my membership showed up on my virtual card I did not authorise this I called my bank to stop the payment but they are about as useful as a chocolate teapot This Yogasanaa company is an ABSOLUTE SCAM I still do not know how they managed to get the payment from my virtual card BE AWARE I have also informed the police about this very dodgy website

This company has been fraudulently charging my 15-year-old son for a subscription that he never took out They consistently try to take money from his account knowing that he has never had anything to do with yoga or their company The systems do not allow you to cancel or contact them easily They are criminally responsible for fraudulently and illegally taking a child s money and they should be closed down by the authorities

Avoid at all costs

Normally wouldn t leave a bad review However like other people I have no recollection of signing up even for a free trial It s not something I would be interested in or do I only realised when we had a payment on our bill Initially there was a good response but now have a reply outlining all the actions I took in signing up Something I would remember and would not do They have cancelled my subscription but no suggestion they reimburse me Concerned how they got my details and really not happy about this

I have inadvertently signed up to a subscription of some kind with this company despite having no interest in yoga Stupidly I have only just noticed and have been paying them 22 50 for past 10 months The bank is going to try to claim back the last 4 months for me and have cancelled the subscription Very frustrating

A scumbag operation that robs people simple as that Notice the positive reviews are all worded virtually the same We never subscribed to them yet were charged 22 for a month s subscription for God knows what How they got my Son s card details I will never know but they are crooks should be put behind bars
