Yoga Girl 3 I started with the 30 Days of Space just when the pandemic started I absolutely loved it and it became such an important platform for me I just had to stay I signed up for a subscription and continued with yoga every day Rachel her team and all the other teachers are amazing 3

This was a beautiful life changing course I loved all the content and the lives and the practices that it taught me My only feedback is that technology wise it was somewhat hard to navigate- a more phone friend format like an app would have been helpful I often had to scroll a lot to get to where I left off But again the content of the course was perfection
