Decide to switch off the data connection unilaterally when itinerance international travel without notice They said it was by precaution to avoid high invoices although the data volume was paid in advance

No customer support number chatbot only in Dutch No way to cancel or amend the subscription Extra high cost for extra GB

Very bad connection Most of the time my calls does not go through and same happens when someone tries to call me It does not even ring at my side and the caller gets a busy time or it directly lands up in voicemail Purely crap and support does not help with proper information This has been happening for quite some time

The SIM activation is not clear

The SIM activation process is not clear They say you should go to MyYoin but that is both the app and the website On the app it doesn t work and on the site only works on Chrome Update However all necessary info is provided in the mails how to activate your sim card Well the information is not clear now is it If it was I would have find it I work in IT and I had to call your call center to figure it out By your answer you don t get it you confuse the app MyYoin with the website MyYoin be in your mail You use both terms and the customer needs to guess what exactly do you mean In the app you can t activate You have to go to the site Lastly test your website on Firefox or block it there It is full of bugs on Firefox

very bad connection customer service take forever to answer or they dont answer at all I wanted to stop my service in 2022 and sent an email they didnt respond I sent another now in March with a couple of questions and they only answer one of the questions and ignore my question about the billing

horrible customer service

I wanted to cancel my contract but lost my password to sign in When trying to reset my password the system freezes Also customer service is very unhelpful they reply automatically to your question with most reply s unhelpful Really disappointing

very bad service i didn t pay one month without having extrafees They make a lot of mistakes I payed the bill twice and it was hard to get my money back Now they want me to pay for things that i didn t do I had activation fees for something that I never activated and when I contacted them they told me it was because I paid the facture too late I paid one week after having the facture Don t take a youfone subscription and go to other services even if you pay more it will be less than all the extrafees I already wrote something here but every month I have a new reason to write a review

Stay away from Youfone Choose another provider

Complete mess Powerless help desk totally disorganised and dishonest Stay away from this provider I ve been waiting four weeks to get the technician visit date After waiting the whole day they technician never showed while I get confirmed three times on the phone that he would come The next I called them to get a new appointment date Another month of waiting Hence I cancelled my subscription request to go to another provider And then the cherry on the cake Two months later I was charged 150 EUR for six weeks of internet usage 50 EUR and 100 EUR to close the line The line has never been open I never received any box and I never used their internet connection Unbelievable I m now trying to get my money back No answer So professional What a shame

Website and android app full of bugs

The website keeps using NL language despite me always selecting FR Even this survey is in NL SIM card activation was very painful process The payment page is in NL despite initially in FR Random error at the end no explanation Tried again error again 15 minutes later got an email saying the SIM was activated I think I paid the 10 twice due to this error but I will not even try to ask for a refund because every interaction is so painful Android app is broken the password does not work despite working ok on the web version it makes no sense
