Bad customer service broken website hidden fees

It took 3 weeks before I had 4G 2 emails and 1 call before I got reconnected

Very disappointing customer service There was an issue with my contract and the customer service was unable to help me They just never got back to me The support email was also not helpful Their website is very broken and doesn t work well For example the FAQ is simply not functioning It s important to understand that Youfone has a lot of hidden fees For example calls to other EU countries will cost you and they require a deposit of 10 at the beginning of the contract They don t clearly label the deposit payment as such I think I should have gone with another provider that has better customer support - it could have saved me valuable hours of my life

Upon changing over my number to Youfone my phone would not work Incoming calls and Sms were ok but nothing outgoing I contacted customer service the agent tried to help but was unable to solve the problem until about 6 hours later
