Very bad service and runaround Ordered size 14s for my husband They came wrapped in thin plastic no box or modicum of protection The shoes were easily one inch smaller than my son s size 12s I photographed shoes side by side included the pics of size stamp none on this shoe The size stamp might even have been rubbed off In their latest email they are asking for measurements this is after sending numerous photos on inch grid background There isn t one stamp anywhere on the shoe that marked 14 or its equivalent

Dreadful company ordered a pair of shoes and they were too small but am having to go through the mill to prove that my husband takes a size 10 and that the shoes ordered don t fit Have had to send photographs and now they want me to measure my husbands foot to prove that their size 10 is wrong - really They do not want returned goods no matter what their policy says - do not order from them

Received shoes and dozens of scam emails for my money

the shoes were fine but they took three weeks to arrive Soon after I started receiving spam scam emails which are now up to three dozen per day Very dangerous Obviously they sold my email address Another gift from China NEVER EVER do business direclly with a Chinese company update 48 hours after I posted the above review all of the spam scam emails suddently stopped
