Agent was polite and although he was keen to get me to pay for more entries he was prepared to accept without wasting too much of my time that I had no desire to play any more than I do at present

Had the opportunity to receive free lottery lines out of a magazine I didn t want to take out a DD for future lines and there was no hard sell Unfortunately didn t win but the customer service was absolutely fine

Had an invitation for 10 free Lotto lines through my classic car newspaper I rang them and the lady was very polite and helpful They sent me the free lines and there was no catch Highly recommended if you get a chance Kind regards Brian

The lady I spoke to was very helpful and explained that if I wanted I could join a syndicate but didn t have to and there was no pressure or hard sell I declined as I am a pensioner and can t really afford to do that and that was it I still received my ten free lotto lines without any further bother No problem
