I spoke to a really friendly and efficient lady who explained everything clearly and put no pressure on me at all It was a quick conversation and I am very glad I took part Although I wasn t a winner last time I feel confident I will be one day

The operator I spoke to was very helpful as I had a slightly complicated request with 2 lots of free numbers and different codes He was patient and made sure that I understood what was going to happen He sounded friendly and was helpful with the result of 1 confirmatory email and 2 more emails with my numbers within 20 minutes I had a winner

Free lotto lines with great Customer service

Was introduced to this via a magazine it was extremely straight forward to apply for the agent who I spoke with was very friendly and informative and the whole process stress free There is of course an option to purchase additional entries but no hard sell was involved and the level of customer service did not change when I declined making a purchase I still received my free lines

I was really sceptical about this but registered for 10 free lines didn t have to give any payment info the lady on the phone was lovely explained everything and how it works gives you the option to pay and join a syndicate but you don t have to Then they send you an email will all your lines listed and you just wait super easy

Although we were a little suspicious at first once we had spoken to the customer service lady we found her to be very helpful and patient As promised we received ten free lottery entries for the upcoming draw and although we didn t win anything it didn t cause any regrets So if you do get the opportunity to apply for the free entries go ahead and you never know you may have been given a winner

Easy to claim the free lines They have a sales pitch the need to ask you but they are polite and not pushy and accept a not interested response without any further pressure The call handler I had was personable and professional

First class polite custmer service not just some sale team trying to pressureising you into joining and signing for the lottery scheme But when I got the call out of blue to ask to write a review I was told I would get a extra free 10 lines sent down but did not receive them
