I had ten free lines Enjoyed a small win and got some more free line which I enjoyed

I was phoned and told I had won 2 42 on a phone-entry - which a letter confirmed I was told if I gave a review I would receive a lot of extra lines Let s see if it s true I certainly hope so

Very easy to apply free lines with a chance to win big Friendly well mannered customer service staff

Be very wary of these people I spoke to one of their people and after a while I agreed to accept 10 free lines He took my bank details but only sort code account number and name which he got wrong with the assurance this would only be used to pay any winnings into my account A few days later a letter etc arrived with my DIRECT DEBIT details on it I rang the customer service number and said I had not agreed to set up a DD the lady was very polite and apologetic and assured me she had cancelled it Worryingly I had checked with my bank to see if these details could be used to set up a direct debit they assured me NO Today I have checked my bank account and on my DDs Your Lotto Service I have cancelled it and will definitely be speaking to my bank Received a call from customer services they did not like the fact that I had left one star and a poor review They insisted I had misunderstood the reason for requesting my bank details I did not misunderstand anything Other than that very polite and apologetic As I don t know what their service is like overall I have only upped to three stars

This is the second time I ve had free 10 lines and keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow s draw Thanks very much it s not often you get something for nothing

I had a personal letter and called the freephone number and wanted to know how the system works Who pays for the free lines for instance The agent said he did not know and in response to my further questions he said do you want the lines or not and when I did not respond he put the phone down The company have told me that this behaviour is unacceptable They have now given me some info about themselves and it appears that the free lines given are a way of getting you to buy lines in professional lottery syndicates which you obviously pay for They have not told me where their income comes from or what the chances of winning are However in view of the response from the company I have upgraded their rating from 1 star to 3 stars It would be interesting to hear from people who have actually won money by using this company - maybe this would increase their rating further

EDIT I am updating my review because Your Lottoservice phoned me to discuss my case and resolved it in a extremely fair manner Targeted my 76 year old mother who is vulnerable and confused and is now paying 54 a month with no recollection of having signed up for something Absolutely disgusting Shame on you

They were pleasant and helpful but it was an awful phone connection I could barely hear a single word they were saying and they sounded like a Dalek but thankfully I just about managed to hear what they were saying

Last week I was offered 10 free National Lottery lines through a company called CHUMS for the draw on the 22nd January I was told that I would be emailed the numbers within 48 hours To date I have not received them although the person I spoke to was adamant they were sent out

I ve been an occasional user of Your Lotto Service for years now They are friendly and helpful and I finally won It wasn t much but it s a start If you re shopping for similar services I would say they are trustworthy and easy to get in touch with
