HORRIBLE customer care for their

HORRIBLE customer care for their purchases DON T buy from this store I recently purchased the NBA Experience Loungefly backpack and the bag wasn t even placed in a plastic wrapping to protect it The styrofoam in the box ended up getting glued to the actual bag and l had to scratch it off This was a gift and so terribly packaged No regard for their customers I ll never be shopping here again

Terrible customer service and business practices They sent me a defective product then intimated that I was scamming them when I asked for a refund when they did not have the same item in stock even though I have my receipt showing proof of purchase Very rude Finally they agreed to refund only if I returned the whole order although it was only one item that was defective

It was an easy experience But selecting how to pay for my purchase was confusing The site kept going around in circles Eventually I was able to pay on the 4th time

I couldn t find the loungefly bag I wanted WDW had it and made sure it was in great condition I love it so much

No Return Policy

I got the product in great condition just too late for my grandson s birthday I now have an extra one that I don t know what I m going to do with because WDW has a no return policy I ordered from Walmart and WDW on 6-3 expecting Walmart to cancel Instead I got the one from Walmart on 6-9 and the one from WDW on6-27 or 6-28 His birthday was on the 23rd Exact opposite of what I expected

The buying and shipping process was so smooth I received my item quickly as well If another payment method Sezzle - Afterpay - Klarna would of been made available then I would of given 5 stars

Notification was good Reply to questions in a timely manner A second attempt was made to obtain an item However unable to obtain since it was sold out This was a bit disappointing we know that this was not the stores fault We are very happy with the other part of our order Thank you
