I ordered 3 WDW large reusable bags

I ordered 3 WDW large reusable bags Two of them wore thin and a handle broke We were in WDW fir 5 days I feel like they should have cost much less plus I paid approx 10 00 for shipping I m just disappointed and feel like I was overcharged fir items that don t last a weekThe staff there is very nice but the merchandise was very disappointing

LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

At first I would have said my experience was rather good since I was having my items shipped to the UK all the way from Florida However after spotting a manufacturer error on one of my items I emailed their customer service A week later I emailed again STILL NO RESPONSE All I expected was for some acknowledgement even if they were unable to help rectify the issue Instead NOTHING Very rude Just because you ve already had my money does not mean I don t deserve to have my queries answered I have left sufficient time for a response I would not have expected customer service as bad as this from a company that associates itself with Disney

paid 76 dollars for two shipping of 8 uninflated balloons They didn t arrive for two weeks and yet I was still charged 76 for shipping I emailed and requested a refund 5 days ago no response from WDW

Late delivery

The avatar magicband was delivered 5 days after our Disney cruise I had asked if would ship on time and they said yes So I purchased another one with expedited delivery which cost me a fortune I now have 2 avatar magicband Very disappointed and broke

BalZac liner failed no help from seller

Purchased a replacement 5 liner for my grandkids BalZac Liner filled to 2 and blew up Rubber was not in viable condition in my opinion this was an old stock inventory item that had devulcanized Seller made zero attempt to work with me and walked away with a quick 40

HORRIBLE customer care for their

HORRIBLE customer care for their purchases DON T buy from this store I recently purchased the NBA Experience Loungefly backpack and the bag wasn t even placed in a plastic wrapping to protect it The styrofoam in the box ended up getting glued to the actual bag and l had to scratch it off This was a gift and so terribly packaged No regard for their customers I ll never be shopping here again
