Ukranian Extortionists

This is not a Japanese company Rather a corrupt company run by several ukranian businessmen Many issues to be had here Most notably I had thousands of dollars worth of merchandise in their warehouse and they tried to extort me for additional shipping costs for prior orders that were already fulfilled Please watch out or you will pay with either wasted time money or both

Good when things go right Prepare to be spoken to like a child when they don t

Had a few good transactions prior where everything went great Right up until I bought a box of Ramen from them via Zenmarkets trading name Zenpop Every item was past its expiry date on arrival To be fair to them they did finally give me a refund for the Ramen and the shipping but I encountered a lot of resistance and a lecture on the morality of filing PayPal disputes I think the last person who talked to me like that was my primary school teacher Could do with learning to show some respect to their customers

Disappointed

Usually absolutely love their service and have shipped 30 or so parcels with them but recently it seems they ve removed the ability to edit the value of the parcel This was my main reason for using Zenmarket over other proxy sites There s been no communication about this or anything online about it too I created a parcel entered a custom value as usual was accepted i then paid for the parcel and they shipped it at full value with no communication Disappointed

Zenmarket has fallen

Zenmarket used to be great but within the last month my experience with them has prompted me to write this review A little over 2 weeks ago all of my items arrived at the warehouse and I pressed create package It still hasn t shipped yet even though I paid nearly 1600 to ship it four days ago About 2x as much as it is usually to ship Their customer service agents have asked the same questions about the package I respond and they ask the same question again disregarding my response It is infuriating I just want my items to arrive at this point so I can be done Likewise the package was nearly 1600 to ship even though it was only 600 last time I used the service with about the same weight in items I hope my review helps someone out there questioning which proxy to use

sad and frustrating experience

I love using zenmarket but recently i really need help and noone will help I bought a very clever fake vinyl LP on Mercari and seller has not posted it yet I have notified Zenmarket who will not even contact them to cancel This is very disappointing that Zenmarket would not just send a quick email to contact seller to stop a fake item from being sent they would rather waste everyones time and money with shipping fees I am trying everything as a last resort I hope someone at zenmarket reads this thank you

While the service is usually very well

While the service is usually very well one should always delete and then re-add articles to his cart if the price went down In my case Zenmarket bought two DVDs for 4150 while I paid 11000 There is no way for them to refund and there is no reason to in their opinion while I assumed they refund the difference per default just as any other proxy shipping service

Had to pay custom fees twice

contra pro scroll below first time using Zenmarket and well I paid them the custom fees and they didn t communicate this to DHL So DHL asked me to pay again and threatened to destroy my package if I don t Urgent message requests to Zenmarket have been left unanswered so far pro very fast well organized payment worked fine as well The service fee could be lower I like how transparent the shipping fees are

Very expensive for what it is

First of all I ve been a happy Zenmarket customer and used their service five times before However they promised that with the raised cost of 500 JPY per item they d improve their services especially their time to package your items I was disappointed that my last package took one week to prepare I don t think 500 JPY per item is feasible especially if you order many smaller items That cost should have been reconsidered according to the value of the item you are purchasing Furthermore if you expect your customer to pay this high price per item improve your performance so we don t have to wait a week until you prepare the package and charge us extra if we go beyond 60 days while waiting for the box to get ready Regrettably I ll be searching for another proxy server as the price of Zenmarket s service doesn t justify its quality

Fees rising but doesn t reflect in customer service

Ordering process is very stream lined Simply add funds to your account 3 transaction fee when using PayPal and use credits to bid on Yahoo Auctions Japan Rakuten ect Zenmarket has unfortunatly lost components to my orders on two seperate occasions now and when contacting the team to advise I have never been compensated or offered any further help I was told there was nothing they could do and as a result I had to wear the loss over 100 in value - Components were clearly pictured in Auction links listed in description as included Never arrived in my package Never compensated Additionally Zenmarket service fee has gone up slightly Japan postal fees have also gone up approx 10 extra on all international postage options Due to the poor customer service rising fees I will be looking at using a new proxy service starting in 2024 I ve been a user of Zenmarket for 3 years now truly is a shame they couldn t care less on loosing a customer
