Washer dryer repair with Yanis
One of my tenants had an issue with the washer dryer and I called Zest to repair my appliance I was told the engineer Yanis would send me a text for his visit slot which was 9am to 11am Yanis rang me at about 9 15am next morning arrived by 9 30am and it was all done in 30 minutes Yanis was really friendly polite and took the time to explain the issue - clearly a valuable employee for Zest I would highly recommend Yanis as your engineer from Zest covers Liverpool and Manchester Top service

My engineer was Dave
My engineer was Dave He phoned me and asked me about the problem with my machine after I described it he knew exactly what was wrong and what parts were needed so he could order them He turned up on time and was very pleasant and fixed my machine quickly and efficiently My machine is a Samsung Adwash Washer Dryer I would recommend him and Zest

Patryck at Zest is excellent at his job
I spoke with Patryck yesterday at Zest who is Polish and he was incredibly helpful He listened carefully and immediately tried to resolve the issue He takes his job very seriously and went the extra mile He made a phone call on my behalf whilst I waited on the line and got an update for me Patryck is a great asset to Zest and really cares about his job and definitely puts the customer first Bravo Thank you Patryck
