Very bad experience since January we talked to make two designs one was mine and the other from the company catalogue after we dealt and I told the employer Mohammed that I want the abayas before Ramadan he said ok no problem after I paid they stopped to gave me an update on the work and did not send me any pictures of the design Ramadan came and I did not receive my order after many messages asking for pictures he sent me the design I wanted it was terrible and not like the picture I sent I asked for a refund he ignored me and said every time he just apologized but this is not enough because they disrupted my work and I am at the beginning of my project until now they are still delaying in responding and I have not received the abaya he said he sent one abaya because I did not like the design I wanted and I refused to take it until now I have not received my order or my money or any response and it takes a long time to respond to my messages I am tired of this situation the important thing is I have all the evidence to prove what I am saying and it was the biggest mistake when I dealt with them I do not recommended with them because their service is more than bad 0 stars
