I placed an order for reference compounds and received vials with handwritten labels, no analytical documentation whatsoever, and when pressed for certificates of analysis they sent documents clearly recycled from unrelated batches, compound names mismatched included. A colleague had samples independently tested and the contents did not match the label, which in this category is not an inconvenience but a genuine hazard. Support went silent when confronted with these findings. Zero accountability, zero verification, real safety risk. Absolutely avoid.
