Yogastart fantastic introduction
Yogastart has been a fantastic introduction to yoga for me. As a complete beginner, I was nervous, but the 30-day starter program broke everything down perfectly. The videos are clear, the pacing is just right, and I love that I can do it all from my living room. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that I wish there were a few more shorter, 10-minute sessions for super busy days. Overall, it's built my confidence and I actually look forward to my practice now. Highly recommend for newbies!
