Once they have your money they don't care
**Extremely disappointing product. Even worse customer service.**
I purchased a MyoMaster pod and MyoChill bundle expecting clean, filtered water and minimal maintenance. Instead, the water became murky within just 12 hours of running the MyoChill — before the bath had even been used — while the filter remained completely white.
After two months of emails, repeated cleaning, flushing, replacement filters, replacement filter housing, and countless photos and videos, MyoMaster's final response is that the system is **“working as intended”** and the water clarity issue is not covered by the warranty.
MyoMaster advertises that the MyoChill can extend the time between water changes to up to 21 days. Yet I have had to completely empty, clean and refill my pod **four times in just two months** because the water has become so dirty. How can that possibly be considered normal operation for a product specifically sold to reduce maintenance?
I genuinely believe I have been sold a faulty product, and what makes this experience even worse is being repeatedly told that everything is working correctly despite the evidence I have provided.
If dirty water and a filter that remains white are considered normal operation, I seriously question what this filtration system is actually supposed to achieve.
My mum has the same product, and hers works brilliantly. I know what this product is capable of, which makes MyoMaster's refusal to properly investigate or offer a meaningful resolution even more frustrating.
After two months, I am left with a product that does not perform as advertised, no clear technical explanation, and a company that appears more interested in defending its position than resolving a customer's problem.
**MyoMaster has had two months to turn this experience around. Instead, it has left me with a product that doesn't deliver what I paid for and the impression that once they've taken your money, resolving your problem is no longer their priority.**
