bad customer support

I ordered a sticker set that was advertised as stickers in the size to git on a car but they are much smaller than that The reqson for this bad review is not the article itself but how the customer support reacts to complaints They refuse to give the address to send the goods back for a total refund

If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I also fell for the heart jumper and now I’m stuck emailing back and forth with customer service. They first offered me $3, then $5, then $7, and now $10 instead of a proper refund—unless I return the item at my own expense.

I even mentioned reporting them to trading standards just to see if they’d take the issue seriously. I feel silly for not checking the reviews first. Avoid this company.

Extremely disappointing website experience.

Terrible experience overall. My dresses took months to arrive, and when they finally did, the fabric quality was awful. I really regret not checking reviews before ordering. Their ads look convincing, but don’t be fooled; save your money and avoid this site.
