Migrated our small shop onto this platform attracted by lifetime deal pricing. Core storefront functions work adequately and page loading speed satisfied our customers fine. The cracks widened monthly: app ecosystem remains sparse forcing custom development for basic wishlist functionality, support tickets queue behind enterprise clients despite identical subscription tiers, and platform updates twice broke checkout integrations overnight with no changelog warnings until customers complained. The lifetime pricing now looks like payment for permanent beta participation. Migrating elsewhere before peak season rather than gambling again.
