Sizing runs true against their measurement guide which deserves praise for accuracy rarity in headwear. Delivery took six days with hat box protection proper. Style options lean classic rather than trend-driven, which suits deliberate wardrobes. Price reflects specialist craftsmanship fairly, heritage construction rather than fashion markup. Keeping this one for years, already eyeing another colourway.

Staticom experience

Bought a decorative canister that looked like solid resin in the photos. What showed up three weeks later was lightweight plastic, shipped from overseas in thin packaging with no invoice inside. It was cheaper than returning since postage abroad would eat most of the refund. The item is usable on a shelf and nothing arrived broken, hence two stars rather than one, but the product pages oversell the materials badly. Manage expectations or shop elsewhere.
