Deployed their headless CMS for our content team after WordPress frustrations. Editorial workflow improvements proved immediate, live preview handling complex layouts without the plugin conflicts previously endured, and the API delivers content to our multiple frontends reliably. Developer experience however assumes React familiarity that our junior staff lacked initially, requiring external training investment. Pricing scales per content entry which surprised us as volume grew. Support documentation covers advanced queries thinly. Powerful decoupling for technically capable teams, overkill for simple brochure sites.

Nanyshop experience

Ordered a personalized ornament that looked chunky and three dimensional in all their product photos. What arrived was a flat printed piece barely thicker than a coin, nothing like the images. When I complained they offered ten percent back, then twenty, then fifty, haggling like at a market stall rather than owning the misleading advertising. Shipping also took nearly three weeks with no tracking updates. The item is usable, hence two stars instead of one, but order here knowing the pictures are fantasy.
