Disappointed with thin fabric

The king size cover I got feels paper thin and ripped after one wash. Return process was slow and no apology email. Won't shop here again.

Staff yelled at my puppy during nail trim

I heard a tech shouting at my six month old pup from the waiting area. When I asked what happened they acted like I was the problem. Never going back.

My consultation was fine, but the billing afterward was a mess. I verified my coverage with my insurer, yet the clinic treated me as self-pay and billed me anyway. Canceling was difficult, and two representatives gave me different answers. The clinician was helpful, but getting the charge removed took weeks and several calls.
