Allianz OneTrip - claim paid in 6 days after medical abroad

Bought OneTrip Premier for a Europe trip via Allianz Partners USA - MarketWatch picks it for business travel and Trustpilot sits 4.1/175k. Had to cancel due to a medical emergency abroad and filed via the app with hospital receipts. Claim was approved in 6 days, well under their 17-day average, and wire hit my account 2 days later. Yearly AllTrips Executive at under $300 a year beats $150 per trip if you travel 10x. Concierge also rebooked my hotel when flights shifted. Paperwork is thorough, so keep every receipt.
