Wrong item and no easy way to fix it

I ordered a jersey for my husband’s birthday, but the size sent was too small. The jersey itself seems well made, which is the one decent part of the order. I’ve messaged twice about sending the right size and still have no answer.

Fair rates and simple navigation

The website was simple to navigate, even on my phone. I found the item I wanted, checked the details, and placed the order with no trouble. The pickup counter was busy when I arrived, but I was helped fairly quickly. Everything matched what I had ordered.
