Rented through this service for a fortnight while our car underwent repairs. Vehicle condition exceeded rental-chain standards, clean interior, recent tyres, no mysterious warning lights. Pickup process ran efficiently with minimal counter waiting. The billing aftermath tested patience though: fuel deposit refund required two follow-up emails over eleven days despite same-day return documentation, and an administrative damage charge appeared then vanished without explanation when questioned. Competitive rates and quality vehicles undermined by post-rental bureaucracy that assumes you will not chase small amounts.
