Unexpected yearly charge

Opened the app after months and saw a $119 charge on my card. I never agreed to a yearly plan and the receipt shows a subscription I never saw. Contacted them and got an automated reply that did not help. The charge is still there and I have to dispute with my bank. Very disappointed

My video came out well after a little cleanup

I used InVideo AI for a 30 second promo for my small bakery. The first render took a couple of tries because I had to make the wording simpler, but the final video looked clean and professional. Support also answered quickly when I asked about one missing scene. I would like a little more control over voice speed, yet I was happy with the result and will use it again.
