Ordered Christmas gifts here knowing purchases support their work with families facing hard times. The wooden toys themselves exceeded expectations, solid construction surviving enthusiastic toddler treatment months later, painted with finishes that have not chipped despite mouthing everything. Delivery arrived within the week before the deadline I worried about. Receipt confirmed the charitable portion transparently rather than vague promises. Prices run slightly above mass-market toys but you can feel where the money goes, both in product and purpose. Happy to make this an annual tradition.

Mixed but acceptable

Decent digital service overall. The support does the job well and the interface is easy to use. Had one question about billing and got a helpful reply quickly. It works reliably.
