Not really UK-based, communication painful
Ordered a freestanding bath from TubHome believing them to be a domestic supplier, only to discover during delays that goods ship from overseas, matching other reviewers' discoveries here. Delivery slipped twice with vague excuses, and staff offered little useful information when chased. The tub itself, once it finally arrived six weeks late, is decent quality acrylic. But the entire experience felt opaque and I would buy from an actual local merchant instead.
