Ordered their clarifying shampoo and scalp serum after months of product buildup problems. The shampoo performs well, lathers properly without stripping, and flaking reduced noticeably within three weeks of regular use. Serum results were subtler and hard to attribute definitively. My complaints concern logistics rather than formulas: delivery took eleven days against seven promised, one bottle arrived half-unscrewed losing maybe fifteen percent of contents, and the exchange process for that bottle required multiple emails. Products decent enough to finish, service execution needs tightening before I reorder.
