Jerome rebuilt my habits without shaming me
Working with Jerome through Primal 1on1 coaching changed my relationship with fitness completely. He focused on sustainable habit building rather than extreme programmes, checked in daily without hovering, and adapted everything around an old knee injury other coaches ignored. Six months in, the physical results are visible and more importantly the mental shift has stuck. If you need accountability paired with genuine understanding, worth every session.
