Adopted this scheduling tool for my freelance client bookings six months ago. The availability rules are flexible, handling my split-shift week better than competitors, and clients compliment the booking flow regularly which reflects well on my business. Friction points exist though: calendar sync occasionally duplicates events requiring manual cleanup, the reminder system cannot distinguish time zones properly for international clients causing two missed calls, and premium pricing unlocks basics other tools include free. Solid core scheduling with rough edges that cost me occasional admin time.
