Wrong Item Sent and Poor Customer Response

I purchased a chain but received the wrong item, with a completely different thickness and length than what I ordered. Despite reaching out multiple times, the seller has not responded or offered any solution. I did not receive what I paid for, and the lack of customer support has been very disappointing. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and unacceptable.

Unstable Bench Unsafe for Sitting

I purchased a bench that looks nice, but it is not safe to use. If you sit on it and lean forward, it tips over and causes you to fall. The base does not seem designed to support a person sitting on it, especially not for putting on or taking off shoes. It appears to be more of a decorative piece than a functional bench. :::
