Cancellation no rufund

Flight changed by 2 days only 48 hours before departure. I explained that I had a pre-booked boat trip and could not travel later. Customer support advised me to request a refund due to the flight change, but I was never clearly informed that I would only receive a partial refund.

In the end, I received only €163.96 back out of approximately €260 paid because the booking was split into separate tickets. After multiple emails, the only compensation offered was a €25 voucher.

Very disappointing customer service and poor handling of a situation caused by a last-minute schedule change.
