A thorough visit for our cafe
We run a small cafe, so I was worried about getting rid of the ants before a busy weekend. The operator turned up a few minutes early, checked the drains and storage areas, then treated the relevant spots. He explained which signs to look for and how to stop the ants returning. It took a couple of days to notice any activity, and there has been none since, apart from one outside mound he told me about. The booking was straightforward and the charges were all explained up front.

Moved in on Monday and the engineer had everything working before lunch. They checked the signal in each room and explained the router without making it feel complicated. Speeds have been very consistent since.

Best colour I've had in years
I'm quite nervous about having my hair coloured so I tend to overthink it before every appointment. Gemma at the Reading salon put me completely at ease and talked through the options honestly rather than just agreeing with whatever I said. The balayage came out subtle and exactly the natural blend I was hoping for. She also gave me some practical tips on keeping it looking good between visits which I've actually stuck to. Really pleased with the whole thing.

Found perfect walking shoes
Went in looking for something comfortable for daily dog walks. The assistant measured both feet properly and brought out three different styles to try. Ended up with a pair of leather lace-ups that feel like slippers straight out the box. No rubbing at all after a week of use.

New radiators fitted last week
Had three radiators swapped out on Tuesday. Mark turned up bang on time and worked through without stopping (apart from the tea breaks obviously). The pipework in the hallway looks neat and there's no leaks anywhere. Only thing was the quote came through a day later than expected but the price was fair.
