Good build but slow paperwork

the construction quality feels solid and the layout works for us. The handover took longer than promised because of missing certificates. Aftercare team has been responsive so far

Mostly smooth but app needs work

the website loads fine and the customer line is short. The mobile app logs me out every few days which is annoying. Apart from that everything works.
