You Won’t Receive the Same Shoes Shown in the Photos
The shoes you receive are nothing like the ones shown in the photos. You may think you’re buying high-quality Italian footwear, but you’re not. The advertising is misleading, and returning the shoes is nearly impossible. I went through a nightmare trying to send them back.
Thankfully, my credit card company eventually reimbursed me, but even that was difficult because the business is located outside the United States. Most people would likely give up due to the amount of work involved. It took almost eight months and several written requests to finally get my money back. A very bad experience overall.
