Car rental search - low quotes but hidden fees at counter

Researched this car rental aggregator. Found a low rate for a 3-day rental and booking was quick, but at pickup the counter added insurance and fees not clearly shown upfront and total was much higher. Reservation was non-refundable even when supplier had no cars. Book direct if you want price certainty.
