Ordered a vitamin C serum and moisturiser here. Formulas themselves perform nicely, the serum absorbed without the sticky residue cheaper alternatives leave and my skin tone evened noticeably over six weeks. Packaging failed the journey though: serum arrived half leaked despite intact outer box, nearly a third lost. Support replaced it promptly once photos were sent, taking eight days total, so resolution gets credit while their packing standards need work. Would reorder the products, hopefully better sealed next time.
