Good service but packaging had a tear

Delivery was smooth and the driver called ahead. Only thing was the box had a rip in the corner but everything inside was fine.

Sent two emails about a missing payout and never heard back. The chat tool says someone will be with you then sits there. I do like the upload side of things, thats the one part that worked for me. But when money is involved I need someone to pick up the message.

Car damaged, no support

Picked up my car after a week and found a deep scratch down the side. No attendant on site, called the number and got voicemail. Still waiting for a callback after two weeks. Disappointing.
