I've been ordering from Thepotshop for a few months now and overall, I'm really happy. The selection is fantastic, especially their artisan-made mugs. I ordered two and they arrived perfectly packaged with no chips or cracks. The shipping was a bit slower than I expected, taking about 10 business days, but the quality makes up for the wait. The website is easy to navigate and their customer service was quick to respond to my sizing question. A reliable spot for unique pieces!

Overall really happy purchase from

Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase from Thepotshop! I ordered the 8-inch terracotta pot with the matching saucer, and it arrived well-packaged and exactly as pictured. The quality feels solid and it's perfect for my new snake plant. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that shipping took a little longer than I expectedabout 10 business days. But for the price and the unique styles they have, I'll definitely be ordering from them again. Great shop for affordable, stylish pots!
