Repair worked, communication needs polish

Sent my water-damaged phone to ICrack for repair and the device came back fully functional, data intact, within their quoted window. However updates during the process were sparse, I initiated most contact, and one quoted turnaround slipped without explanation. The technical work itself deserves five stars while the customer experience drags it down to three. Use them for the repair skill, but chase actively rather than waiting politely.
