Saved me from a bad purchase

Not transparent about subscription

I tried the app thinking it was a one-time payment but got charged again the next month. The subscription terms weren't clearly displayed during signup. Customer support took days to respond. The app itself works okay but the billing practices are questionable. Would appreciate more transparency upfront.
