No answer when payout failed

I tried to withdraw my earnings through the only bank option shown in my account. The transfer was declined four times, and both the help form and email went unanswered for eleven days. The site itself is easy to use, but right now I feel stuck with money I earned and no working payout route.

The final cost was higher than expected

The representative was polite and answered my questions. I was told the program would lower what I owed, but after fees and the remaining payments I ended up paying more than expected. I also had to follow up repeatedly for account information. I wish I had reviewed every fee before signing.

Support can't see test mode errors

While testing my integration the gateway returned an error but support said they can't view test transactions. A colleague checked the logs and saw the same error from their side. Once I switched to live it worked fine.
