Good service, slow billing credit
My internet has been reliable for the six months I’ve had it. Customer support helped me remove an add-on I no longer wanted, although the credit took two bills to show. The chat queue was longer than I expected, but the person who answered was polite and solved it. I’d give this a solid four stars.
