Gift card rejected at store

Redeemed a $25 visa card from the app and the cashier said it was invalid. Fetch support claimed the card had already been used but I never got a confirmation email. They refused to restore the points or issue a new card. Lost the value completely.

Claim denied after payment

The sales agent was polite and patient when I asked about the hybrid system, and that was the only good part of this experience. I paid for a five-year plan after being told major hybrid components would be covered. When the inverter failed, the claim was denied because of a clause buried in the contract. Paying nearly $4,000 and then getting the same repair estimate denied feels awful. I wish I had read every page before signing.
