Joined their fitness programme after plateauing with solo gym efforts. Coaching accountability proved the differentiator, weekly check-ins reviewing metrics without shaming, nutrition guidance flexible enough to accommodate vegetarian preferences realistically. Results accrued steadily, six kilograms down over four months with strength gains measurable on tracking sheets. App interface however feels cluttered, logging meals takes more taps than competitors require, and group class booking fills frustratingly fast requiring dawn attempts. Effective human coaching hampered slightly by digital friction.
