Clever concept, execution has rough edges

Backed Handso through Kickstarter and the finished product works as intended: refillable sponge dispenser that makes liquid soap feel novel again. However the sponge wears quicker than expected with daily use, replacement availability fluctuates, and early backers waited considerably longer than promised for delivery. My household split between loving it and reverting to bar soap. Three stars reflects a good idea still maturing into a great product.
