Picked up a budget smartwatch and later an open-box phone from this Mumbai seller. The watch was fine and arrived in five days with a proper invoice. The phone was where it got dicey: listed as grade A but arrived with visible scratches on the frame, and the warranty on refurbs is only ten days for dead-on-arrival issues, nothing beyond that. Their WhatsApp support does answer within a day, credit where due. My advice: buy only sealed new items here, record an unboxing video, and skip the refurbished roulette entirely.
