Jacket arrived late and nothing like photos

Ordered an F1 racing jacket from MarvelJacket in January and it arrived months later looking substantially cheaper than the listing images suggested: thinner material, inaccurate colour matching, and embroidered patches replaced with printed versions. Sizing also ran small against their own chart. Support responses were slow when they came at all. The disappointment pattern here matches other buyers' documented experiences precisely. Photographs are aspirational fiction.
